Do-San Move 6 – walking stance straight fingertip thrust is followed by twisting the attacking hand to the left until the palm faces downwards in a release motion against a wrist grab. This release move is called jappyolsol tae in Korean 2. Joong-Gun Move 14 - L-stance high back fist strike is followed by twisting the back fist downwards towards the floor in a release motion against a wrist grab 3. Hwa-Rang Move 10- middle section punch is followed by raising the rear foot (and moving it forwards), grasping your right fist with your left hand and executing a middle side-kick. This pulls the opponent (who has grabbed your punching hand) onto your side piercing kick and releases from the wrist grab |
